Return of Goods

All Returns must include a copy of our official Returns Note, e-mailed upon request.

R J Pryce & Co Ltd will not accept any responsibility for items returned without a copy of our Returns Note.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please contact us by telephone on 01502 574141 or by e-mail within 7 days of receipt from courier. If the parcel is visibly damaged please sign delivery note accordingly.

Goods Faulty on Arrival

If you suspect the goods you have purchased are, in any way, faulty please contact us (as above) within 7 days of receipt from courier. Once the goods have been received by us and any fault confirmed, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

Please contact us (as above).

Changed Your Mind

In line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) if you wish to return the goods simply because you no longer require them you may do so provided you have informed us within 7 Days of receipt from courier. Simply request a Returns Authority by contacting us (as above). The goods may then be returned to us, they must be as new and returned in their original undamaged packaging complete with any accessories and at your expense. You should consider using registered post when returning goods of value to us. Once we have received the goods at R J Pryce & Co Ltd in the stated condition we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods via your original payment method. Carriage charges are non-refundable.
